Refund policy
Naitri believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
How do I cancel an order on Naitri?
- If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
- To cancel an order please drop an email on naitri.contact@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If the order is shipped then it can not be cancelled, however you can return the product once received and we will process the refund the in the form of coupon code or gift card for future purchase on Naitri.in.
- For the cancelled orders within 24 hours, full amount will be refunded to your source of payment in the next 7-10 working days.
Exchange / Missing Product Policy
We generally don't encourage exchanges or returns unless there is a defect with the product received. We understand sometimes product doesn’t feel like the right fit, we offer store credit or a coupon.
We help our customers with exchange if needed in the following scenario.
- The product is damaged during transit. Customers to provide Naitri with valid video proof from the package opening.
- The package is lost in transit by our courier partner.
- In case a wrong item has been shipped to you, and only in the event of the purchased goods is unused and undamaged by the customer.
- Customer to inform us on naitri.contact@gmail.com within 24 hours of product delivery for any exchange.
- For approved exchanges, we will pick up the product and dispatch the new one once we receive the product.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. For products that qualify as defective or incorrect, Naitri will take care of the associated shipping costs. However, in cases where exchanges or returns are initiated due to personal preference, the shipping charges will not be applicable for refund and may be borne by the customer.
Return Policy
- We accept the return of the product in case a damaged product is received . Customers to provide Naitri with valid video proof from the package opening.

Refund Policy - Refund for the damaged products will be processed with 7-10 working days to the source of payment.
- Refund for the order cancelled orders post 24 hours of order will be done in the form of coupon code or gift card.
- Orders not returned will be because of the customer not available at the address, refund will be made in the form of coupon code or gift card.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
