•   Our prices are all inclusive of taxes such as GST.
  
  
•  Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
  
  
• Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at naitri.contact@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

• Shipping charges will be calculated and applied based on the weight of your order at checkout.
  
  
• Custom duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
  
  
• Estimated delivery time: 10–12 working days.
  
  
• Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances such as COVID-19 and weather conditions, shipments may be delayed. However, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. 
  
  
• We will be sharing the tracking details via email as soon as your order is shipped. 
   

• If a shipment is returned to us due to unavailability, incomplete address, or non-acceptance, a refund will be issued for the product amount (excluding shipping charges).

  For all international returns, shipping charges are non-refundable and will need to be borne by the customer.
